About Me
Hello! I’m Natalie, and it’s a pleasure to connect with you. My journey in health began within the vibrant worlds of martial arts and dance, and later I took on the exciting challenges of triathlons and marathons. Structure and regiment of my training helped me to feel more vital, more radient! However, I yearned for a deeper understanding of mental well-being.
Through these empowering experiences, I discovered that physical fitness is just one piece of the intricate puzzle of overall wellness. In 2013, I found yoga, which turned out to be a pivotal moment in my life. Like many, I started out with physical Asana or poses. I loved how yoga related the body to the mind! As I traveled further down this path, my appreciation for the more subtle aspects of yoga blossomed. This beautiful practice has imparted valuable lessons in balance, mindfulness, and nurturing my inner self.
Nutrition also plays a vital role in our health; it nourishes our bodies and helps create stronger connections within families and communities. I went on to study Nutrition at university. I currently study Ayurveda, an over 5,000 year old practice of holistic nutrition, originating in the east. I believe in the philosophy of a healthy mind in a healthy body—a concept that resonates deeply with me.
I am genuinely passionate about supporting women on their unique paths to health and wellness, celebrating the individuality of each journey. My own struggles with hormonal health have fueled my dedication to women's health, especially during the transformative experience of motherhood.
Through my work as a certified Doula and Yoga Teacher, I strive to empower women by providing heart-centered maternal and general wellness services. I look forward to sharing this passion with you, as together we explore the rich tapestry of health and well-being, nurturing ourselves and those we love along the way!
