Hi i’m Natalie, the women behind Rooted Reverie Wellness. I’m delighted you’ve discovered my services! As a certified Personal Trainer, 300-Hour RYT Yoga Teacher, Nutritionist and Wellness Advocate, I’m here to support women like you on your journey towards health and well-being. I offer personalized 1:1 fitness and nutritional coaching, alongside a variety of heart-centered health workshops designed to nurture inner harmony and self-love right here in San Diego.

She listens carefully to my goals, concerns, limits and desires and then designs thoughtful challenges that move me consistently toward my goals. She also debriefs with me during and after workouts to get feedback on how I feel about certain challenges, my progress, etc.
Workouts with Natalie are never the same twice! You may be challenged with kettlebells or exercise bands, free weights or machines, plyometrics, yoga, weighted balls, balance boards or some new combination of the above! She provides appropriate challenges, adjusting as needed for
my ability each day. I have also observed her working out with a few other clients from time to time — every workout has been different.
