Welcome!
I support women through movement, nourishment, and birth-centered care-offering guidance that’s both practical and deeply intuitive. My work weaves together yoga, functional and ancestral nutrition, to help women reconnect with their bodies and live in rhythm with their own cycles.
As 300-hour RYT, I offer virtual birth coaching, private and group yoga, and community-based workshops that center embodiment, ritual, and seasonal well-being in San Diego.
I believe in the power of ceremony, of slowness, and of women feeling truly supported. My approach is heart-led and rooted in the knowing that healing is not linear-it’s lived, felt, and nourished over time.

Historically, our ancestors thrived in small, supportive communities. They moved with ritual, shared in caregiving, and stayed connected to what truly mattered.
They nourished themselves with ancestral foods, herbal medicine, and the natural rhythms of the earth-leading to a deeper sense of balance and well-being.
Natalie is on a heartfelt mission to help women reclaim that connection-to their intuition, vitality, and innate healing abilities.
By integrating evidence-based research with Ayurvedic wisdom and the principles of slow living, she guides women in rediscovering rituals that truly nourish.

Ayurvedic Personal Training
Natalie offers functional and integrative personal training inspired by Ayurvedic traditions and ancestral wisdom. These sessions support your energy, fertility, rhythms, nourishment patterns, and mineral balance. Whether you’re preparing to conceive, navigating postpartum, or simply seeking more vitality, you’ll receive personalized care to help you reconnect with your body and feel more vibrant each day.

Workouts with Natalie are never the same twice! You may be challenged with kettlebells or exercise bands, free weights or machines, plyometrics, yoga, weighted balls, balance boards or some new combination of the above! She provides appropriate challenges, adjusting as needed for
my ability each day. I have also observed her working out with a few other clients from time to time — every workout has been different.

and encouraging without coming off as an out-of-touch cheerleader. She has a great memory (or notes) of what we’ve done and discussed before. She even gives me “homework” to keep me on track when I am traveling for weeks at a time.
